Woodfield Estates use professional photography companies to give your property the best viewing experience possible.  We at Woodfield Estates believe in the “first impressions count” therefore we have 3 seconds to impress the clients.  We also believe good photography will catch the eye of the house buyers instantly, therefore we invest a lot of time in getting this right!

The photographers will also edit the pictures including

• Create slideshows or videography if required.

On the day of session, we request :

Internal Property Requirements.

• Clear clutter throughout the house.
• Tie back Curtains, open blinds,
• Remove Bins
• Hide away any pets, including pet bowls.
• Cable management – hide/clean up electrical cables, unplug any unused appliances.
• Light up the property.

External Property Requirements.

• Hide wheelie bins,
• Park cars off the drive.
• Tidy and cut back any brushes pathing to the property
• Mower the lawn.
• Tidy away any toys the little one have left out.
